PROMOTION ENTRY PERIOD: The "Pandorum" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on December 14, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on January 30, 2010 ("Entry Period"). All online entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on January 30, 2010. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 30, 2010 and received by February 5, 2010. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Entry Period; provided that there is a limit of one (1) entry per person, per day, regardless of entry method: 1 - By Internet: Go to the Sweepstakes registration page located at: www.pandorumsweeps.com (the "Web Site") any time during the Entry Period. The Web Site will contain a description of the Sweepstakes and a link to the official entry form. Complete the required information on the entry form, which may include, among other things, full name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number and related registration information as prompted. Entrant must complete the entry form with all required information and click "submit" for the entry to be eligible. 2 - By Apple iPhone Mobile: By Apple iPhone Mobile: If you have an internet capable Apple iPhone mobile device and if you are a wireless service subscriber, you may enter the Sweepstakes by going to http://m.pandorumsweeps.com/. You will be charged for mobile usage from your handset according to the terms in your service agreement by your service provider. Standard wireless rates apply and charges may appear on your wireless bill or be deducted from your pre-paid balance. Please consult your cellular service provider regarding their pricing plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes via iPhone. This Sweepstakes method of entry requires a wireless enabled iPhone. 3 - By Mail: Write your first and last name, complete address, telephone number, date of birth, and e-mail address (if you have one) (all legibly hand printed) on a 3X5 piece of paper, place in a stamped envelope and mail to: "Pandorum" Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 4316, Manhasset, NY 11030-4316. Sponsor will not use personal information obtained through your mail-in entry, except in connection with this Sweepstakes Limit of one (1) entry per person per day no matter the method of entry. All eligible individuals who submit an entry during the Entry Period as described above are considered "entrants" in this Sweepstakes, but only if Sponsor actually receives such entries. If more than one (1) entry per day is submitted within twenty-four (24) hours, only the first entry submitted will be accepted. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these "Official Rules" and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Proof of submitting a Sweepstakes entry form online (such as an automated computer receipt confirming entry or "thanks for entering" message) will not be deemed by Sponsor to constitute proof of actual receipt by Sponsor of an entry for purposes of this Sweepstakes. Incomplete entries are void. Mechanically reproduced, illegible or incomplete entries will not be eligible. All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and prizes can only be awarded to the person whose name is listed on the entry. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error or technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any computer equipment or software, or any combination thereof, or for late or misdirected, entries. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged. Any entry information collected from the promotion shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of entry, with these Official Rules, and with Sponsor?s Online Privacy Policy which can be found at http://www.starzmediadigital.com/privacy/. The entry information is shared with Sweepstakes Administrator for the sole purpose of the winner selection and notification, and the fulfillment of the prizes. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older at the time of entry. Employees of Anchor Bay Entertainment, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. PRIZES: Five (5) Grand Prizes: an autographed World of MMA Champions Cung Le Action Figure. Approximate Retail Value (?ARV?): $25.00 each. Ten (10) First Prizes: the International Theatrical Pandorum Poster signed by the director. ARV: $20.00 each. Twenty-five (25) Second Prizes: a Pandorum DVD. ARV: $18.00 each. Twenty-Five (25) Third Prizes: a Pandorum Movie Poster. ARV: $10.00 each. One Hundred (100) Fourth Prizes: a Pandorum Movie T-Shirt. ARV: $8.00 each. Total ARV of all prizes is $1,825.00. All expenses relating to acceptance and use of any prize that are not explicitly listed herein as being awarded, including payment of taxes, are responsibility of the winner. Limit one prize per household. No substitution, barter, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. If a winner is unable to accept the prize or any portion of the prize package for any reason, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner and prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Prize is awarded ?as is? with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about February 11, 2010 under the supervision of Marden-Kane, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified via e-mail, phone and/or mail within two (2) weeks of prize drawing. Winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and where legal, Publicity Release within 14 days following the date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and consent to use of their names and/or photographs for advertising or publicity purposes without further consideration, except where prohibited by law. Releases are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes related materials; or for transactions (including Entry submissions) that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, mobile phone carrier, telephone, human or other error; or traffic congestion on the internet, or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access any web or mobile site associated with this Sweepstakes, or process any transaction thereon. If in the Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and or void any Entries submitted fraudulently, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, or to terminate the Sweepstakes and award the remaining prizes using all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the action requiring such termination. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Sweepstakes in its entirety at any time and at its sole discretion. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated or modified prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on www.pandorumsweeps.com. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any attempts by an individual to access any web site associated with this Sweepstakes via a bot script or other brute force attack or any other unauthorized means will result in the IP address becoming ineligible. Use of automated entry devices, or Sweepstakes entry services or programs are prohibited. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Entry can only be made via 1 e-mail address per person. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
